Hap Chan is really a Northern Luzon chain of dining places serving Chinese cuisine. This is a welcome add-on for San Jose which until lately was lacking good eateries. Pleasant surroundings and a lot of room upstairs with semi-private areas ideal for large groupings. Thefood is great, but not cheap plus they may need to modify their prices to rural Nueva Ecija affordability.

We ate here 20 mins ago and the safeguard started packing the seat up and sweeping the ground. 8:10pm rather than even close to 9pm. Great was okay but unacceptable the way the crew allow guard do that. Thumbs Down
