Trellis is best known for their sisig. You come here for their sisig nothing more nothing less. It's flavorsome, meaty, and packed with seasonings. The thing about their sisig is that they don't offer the usual ones with egg. The dish alone is perfect. The staff are ever so polite and accommodating. Although, there was one staff who asked me what were the photos for, he was rude as if it's not allowed to take pictures. That was the only problem I had with the place. I didn't get his name though, it's not a big deal. He's lucky it was me, if it was a prominent food blogger, he had better kept his attitude in check. More @chasingcookouts.wordpress.com

I only went here for the sisig and it did not disappoint! I just hope that they change the lighting because it's too dark. I guess some people still want to eat and drink with very low lighting. But I'm glad that it's still one of the places in QC that retained its vibe from 1980's. I hope it stays that way, and i hope they still serve their best dishes the same way 10 or 20 years from now.

Trellis has been and still is my favorite restaurant when I crave for Sisig...Been frequenting this place since the early 90's and I'm glad that the taste and quality of their dishes is still the same. Also happy to see that some of their pioneer waiters are still working there which will give the impression that The owners of this famous brand are awesome bosses as well.So for delicious Filipino dishes, cool ambiance (even without air conditioning system) and good service, Trellis is the place to be.Cheers!

Their sisig is the best! Tasty and not so oily, and very reasonably priced. The quality is consistent over the years too. The place isn't airconditioned though, but this isn't that big a problem especially when eating at night.

Trellis exists for sisig lovers. The place, once a make shift resto has underwent renovations many years ago to become a fixture in Matalino street. Food is delish and cheap. Space is not a problem too.
