Tokyo Tokyo has always been known for being a go-to place for affordable Japanese fast food. In the recent years, they have grown their menu to include a lot of interesting items, such as the Sriracha line last year, and now, they have included the trending Wagyu Cubes on their menu! 💕I first read about this fairly new item when it was posted by a famous Instagram website account, and knew I had to try it. An upgraded bento meal comes with 3 sticks of wagyu cubes, plain rice, sautéed vegetables, miso soup, almond jelly (or coffee jelly), and red iced tea, all for only Php 265. The wagyu cubes may not be melt-in-your-mouth soft, but flavor-wise, it was really savory and tasty. The sauce was leaning a bit on the salty side, but the vegetable side dish was able to cut this down a bit. The quality is actually not bad for a fast food restaurant, I give 4⭐ for this dish! 😋Service in this branch is a bit slow, and, their air-conditioning units seem to be defective (or they're saving up on electricity HAHAHA), so the whole restaurants was super warm. 🙁 Deducting one ⭐ for this! Huhu.#EatDrinkSplurge

Sriracha Donburi is a must-try guys!!! Sakto lang yung spicyness at yung serving sobrang sulit kasi mas madami compared sa regular serving nila sa bento dishes (may egg and onion rings pa on the side). Yung rice itself, flavored na and medyo may creamy taste. Other dishes that I would recommend are beef misono, beef yakiniku and chicken teriyaki.

I always eat here when I visit the mall. It's pretty good for a fast food and their food is average. If you wanr a quick Japanese bite, Tokyo Tokyo is probably one of the places you'll think of. Their side dishes are nice! Try their coffee jelly and california maki. Service is average at best and facilities aren't that great. Maybe they should replace it or clean ir better? Because it's inside a mall, the ambiance is sacrificed and lacking in many aspects.

We had our late lunch here around 2PM last Monday. Service is fast, considering that there was only 1 dining crew available. Food is standard across all Tokyo Tokyo branches (I guess that’s a good thing- that it isn’t “substandard”). Price, standard. Ambience, oh well it was annoyingly warm in the dining area. The cashier area was way cooler than the rest of the room. We didn’t enjoy hot ramen and we didn’t appreciate the spicy rye oil. My forehead was already sweating even before the food arrived on our table. The mall temperature was cooler. Inside Tokyo Tokyo you can tell it’s summer because the AC was working overtime. If we visit the area again we will eat elsewhere.
