Tokyo Tokyo has always been known for being a go-to place for affordable Japanese fast food. In the recent years, they have grown their menu to include a lot of interesting items, such as the Sriracha line last year, and now, they have included the trending Wagyu Cubes on their menu! 💕I first read about this fairly new item when it was posted by a famous Instagram website account, and knew I had to try it. An upgraded bento meal comes with 3 sticks of wagyu cubes, plain rice, sautéed vegetables, miso soup, almond jelly (or coffee jelly), and red iced tea, all for only Php 265. The wagyu cubes may not be melt-in-your-mouth soft, but flavor-wise, it was really savory and tasty. The sauce was leaning a bit on the salty side, but the vegetable side dish was able to cut this down a bit. The quality is actually not bad for a fast food restaurant, I give 4⭐ for this dish! 😋Service in this branch is a bit slow, and, their air-conditioning units seem to be defective (or they're saving up on electricity HAHAHA), so the whole restaurants was super warm. 🙁 Deducting one ⭐ for this! Huhu.#EatDrinkSplurge

Sriracha Donburi is a must-try guys!!! Sakto lang yung spicyness at yung serving sobrang sulit kasi mas madami compared sa regular serving nila sa bento dishes (may egg and onion rings pa on the side). Yung rice itself, flavored na and medyo may creamy taste. Other dishes that I would recommend are beef misono, beef yakiniku and chicken teriyaki.

I always eat here when I visit the mall. It's pretty good for a fast food and their food is average. If you wanr a quick Japanese bite, Tokyo Tokyo is probably one of the places you'll think of. Their side dishes are nice! Try their coffee jelly and california maki. Service is average at best and facilities aren't that great. Maybe they should replace it or clean ir better? Because it's inside a mall, the ambiance is sacrificed and lacking in many aspects.

We had our late lunch here around 2PM last Monday. Service is fast, considering that there was only 1 dining crew available. Food is standard across all Tokyo Tokyo branches (I guess that’s a good thing- that it isn’t “substandard”). Price, standard. Ambience, oh well it was annoyingly warm in the dining area. The cashier area was way cooler than the rest of the room. We didn’t enjoy hot ramen and we didn’t appreciate the spicy rye oil. My forehead was already sweating even before the food arrived on our table. The mall temperature was cooler. Inside Tokyo Tokyo you can tell it’s summer because the AC was working overtime. If we visit the area again we will eat elsewhere.

Liked that this branch is near the cinema, we were able to satisfy our cravings for Japanese food before and while watching the movie. Serving time was quite long though for this branch.

Had seafood ramen and i liked it. The place was pretty much crowded and it took a while to get our orders. It kind of reminds me of the packed nissin seafood ramen but with more flavor in comparison. I love japanese food so it was first my first time to eat a bowl of ramen.

They currently released a new dish wagyu steak meal. I will still go for other wagyu stores to get the authentic taste. You can tell the quality wasn’t as good as the ones we bought at an online importer of wagyu meat. Service was ok.

Sumo Bento meal, prawn, veggies & chix teriyaki. 2 red iced teas. Unli rice. Braised Pork Ramen. Unli rice. Yakisoba. Solb! Kudos to the staff who gave us complimentary Cali makis coz there was a delay on the Yakisoba. Faith in humanity restored. Sugoi desu!!! P. S. not much of a fan of their ramen due to its light soup base, but the chasu meat in it was delicious.

One of this year's popular food trend is Wings! It remains to be a go-to meal for the young market mostly. Tokyo Tokyo hears you as they came up with their very own blend via the Tokyo Wings Series!  There are three variants to choose from- sweet and savory Teriyaki Wings with hints of Togorashi; Sriracha Wings for a combination of spice and garlicky notes; and my favorite one, Black Pepper Wings for its rich taste. You can avail the wings at 4 pieces for just Php 180 or 6 pieces by adding just Php 20 more for Php 200! If you are with a group or family, take advantage of the 12 piece platter which includes 4 pieces all flavors for just Php 400!. So the more you avail, the better deal it gets. If you are dining solo and you wish to have a more filling encounter here at Tokyo Tokyo, they have it at bento style with unlimited rice and their classic vegetable misono. This will be available in all Tokyo Tokyo stores starting May 22. Are you ready for a taste of Japan in crunchy, flavorful wings? I am.
