A definite must try for those who love a succulent flavorful lechon. The best lechon in Luzon so far which would par with Cebu lechon. Didn’t manage to take a picture, too excited to finish 😂😂😂

Not a fan of lechon or anything pork but had the chance to taste the garlic lechon and it was really good. Perfect for parties this time of the year.

It had the makings of a good lechon because the skin was crispy and it had the right amount of caramelized fat attached to it. To add to this, juice was oozing from the lechon too as it was being sliced. Whar ruined everything was the taste of the meat: IT WAS SO SALTY. Never thought I would live to see the day when I would be giving away the rest of the uneaten lechon on my plate---and more than willing to at that.
