A definite must try for those who love a succulent flavorful lechon. The best lechon in Luzon so far which would par with Cebu lechon. Didn’t manage to take a picture, too excited to finish 😂😂😂

Not a fan of lechon or anything pork but had the chance to taste the garlic lechon and it was really good. Perfect for parties this time of the year.

It had the makings of a good lechon because the skin was crispy and it had the right amount of caramelized fat attached to it. To add to this, juice was oozing from the lechon too as it was being sliced. Whar ruined everything was the taste of the meat: IT WAS SO SALTY. Never thought I would live to see the day when I would be giving away the rest of the uneaten lechon on my plate---and more than willing to at that.

We ordered General's Lechon for our wine night.Everybody liked it... We finished it!We liked it because it was flavorful, you don't need any sauce. The skin was still crispy. Make sure you reheat it in conventional or turbo oven, even a toaster oven, and not microwave oven. One of the best lechon in the metro.

Who said you can only find the delicious lechon place in Tondo or in Quezon City? Located outside of Dasmarinas Village in Makati is this small place but definitely satisfy your lechon cravings!I’ve tasted their Curry Lechon and whoa, it is definitely a must try! Stuffed inside the lechon is the combination of curry rice plus lemon grass with some raisins. The blend is really good. And knowing that you can eat the lechon + the rice all in one :)I really like the way their lechon meat melts in your mouth. The skin is oh-so-crispy plus the meat is soft and very juicy. I also tried their spicy garlic lechon and it’s like, “more rice please!” For spicy food cravers out there, this spicy garlic lechon is a must-try.Definitely a must-recommend place for lechon cravers. General’s Lechon will surely satisfy your appetite and will definitely makes you crave for more. But be sure to watch your blood pressure! :)

We ordered takeout of General's Lechon for a simple get together at the house of one of my friends. We opted for General's Lechon to give it a try and because it was nearest to the said house. The meat was tender and tasty, the skin crispy as well. Not the tenderest or the crispiest in the market but not bad. The location of the place is very good! It is very strategic as there are few lechon sellers in the area. Easy access to lechon is always a big plus!

General's Lechon take on the traditional roasted pig is one of the best ever! General's Lechons are flavored. This Negros-style lechon comes in original, garlic, spicy-garlic and curry flavors. Each is roasted brown evenly and has a delicious, thin crunchy skin that cracks easily as you peel it off. The well-seasoned meat is moist and is wonderfully devoid of oil. My favorite was Curry Lechon. I didn't know that curry rice can make an equally delicious stuffing for roasted suckling pig. I took part of the delicious-smelling grub the moment it was brought in. The lechon tasted divine with curry rice!General's Lechon makes it own sarsa (smooth, sweet liver sauce), atchara (pickle made from grated unripe papaya) and vinegar sauce that is perfect for dipping. Mind you, their roast pigs do pretty well even without a dipping sauce. I suggest that you eat it without the sauce to see why their patrons keep coming back for more. The mark of the best lechon is how well you can do away without the sauce, they say.Do try General's Lechon soon.  Regardless of variant you choose, it deserves to be on your table this yuletide season.

Our family's favorite roasted pig ❤️  Meat is tender and flavorful consistently. There's lots of garlic with other aromatics which make this into one special roast. The staff is very nice and warm. They are always open during holidays when I need their services most. Their stock can run out so make sure to call to reserve especially if you have large orders.

The place was nice, although small. The Staffs are attentive and friendly. Their lechon is tasty, especially the one with the garlic. I just notice that their lechon is quite greasy compared to other lechons.
