Location was okay, it really is located beside Saramsam eating place which is itself situated in the corner. Affordability was average, inadequate parking area though, anticipate to park outside.

Visited Laoag for an organization outing - it has been years since i have was inside the Ilocos area. Stayed at Plaza del Norte Resort but had lunch time at Balay da Blas. We'd bagnet and three even more dishes. All had been delicious. The finale had been dessert:banana-sweet potato with very hot molasses. I forgot what it had been called nonetheless it was definitely my first-time to try it. The restaurant seems a little pricey for a city like Laoag but certainly worthwhile. Service was quick and impeccable. Ambience has been relaxing. It serves nearby and international dishes. You can find small areas for diners therefore there is a little bit of privacy. Support was quick and impeccable. I'd definitely be back again at Balay da Blas.

Pizza is fantastic, ulam is grate, location is soo lovely and everything is delicious. I recommend eating this is a great travel experience.
