Visited Laoag for an organization outing - it has been years since i have was inside the Ilocos area. Stayed at Plaza del Norte Resort but had lunch time at Balay da Blas. We'd bagnet and three even more dishes. All had been delicious. The finale had been dessert:banana-sweet potato with very hot molasses. I forgot what it had been called nonetheless it was definitely my first-time to try it. The restaurant seems a little pricey for a city like Laoag but certainly worthwhile. Booked a family group room last second and was surprised in how huge the suites were. Breakfast orders are usually taken your day before; if you are not in your community by 8:30 AM, they'll personally head to your space to remind you about their breakfast period.Just con is this hotel isn't ideal for people who have trouble using the stairs. Be sure you obtain a area on the floor floor because the stairs are usually somehow steep.

we stay here about ten years ago and mr.blas has been very accommodating. now very much has been transformed and it became a location where Mr.Blas has told he wished for. Rooms are great. Staff service and Protection are first rate. The only thing we'd difficultywas the parking area. We were pushed to park our automobile in the pub front because the parking space can take up to 6-10 automobiles. but we were guaranteed that the protection staff can look out and keep track of our car.

I am to Balay da Blas for a number of times already. The final visit was the most pleasant. We occupied the area at the very top (3rd) floor. This is a really spacious space, a family group of six will be preferred living there. Theroom offers been refurbished, better looking and experience than 2-3 years back. We took lots of photos as terms may not perform justice to the very best area in the Balay. Another plus side to it was that cost is adjusted in accordance with amount of persons occupying the area. Since we were just two, we paid much less for the room.

My partner booked this location through Agoda, and we were definitely pleased whenever we saw the location. It is located close to the city plaza rendering it very accessible. Pro's: 1. Room is fairly inexpensive (Junior Suite). The area we stayed in had been very spacious forthe two folks. The space has its separate "sala" and kitchen area. The mini-bar can be stuffed with charge-to-bill beverages. The comfort room/bathing room has been a hot bath. The bedroom itself will be cozy with air-conditioning. 2. Staff are very pleasant and accomodating, which includes our driver that people hired for the town tour. 3. The hotel can be home to Saramsam cafe which also serves excellent food! Cons: (I might be nitpicking here however this might assist in the enhancement of the area) 1. The air-con inside our room was very old (I believe), it woke us up maybe once or twice during the night because it was creating a loud noise. 2. The hot-bath was very hot though it was arranged to chilly settings. (Another old gear I think?) Overall our stay static in the area was very satisfying. We'd definitely book this location again if we go back to Laoag.
