Dark wooden and strong blacks were the primary color and materials used forthe home furniture and accents, and the ambient light completed the appearance, giving the room a relaxing feel. The meals served were the tofu and eggplant sticks, sausage and eggs, shrimp ceviche, pasta alfredo, angus beef sisig and salted caramel cheese truffle. The tofu and eggplant were a little bland inside it self, however the sauce helps it be a lighting and tasty appetiser. The shrimp ceviche could be explain in two words: fresh and clean. The shrimp examined as though it was pulled from the ocean and marinated in the salsa that complimented it with a fruity tartness. The pasta Alfredo gets the usual creamy sauce, but what stood out was the roasted garlic cloves contained in the pasta, it made this type of big impact for this type of 'small' addition.
