    They have affordable food since they serve fun lunch so anyone are able. There is also like different types of cuisine. We attempted Imbao with Chorizo, Eggplant Frito and Cheese Fundido.

    Open Table is situated in the Damosa Gateway, from my observation, will be where young professionals head to hangout, to consume dinner or even to drink. The restaurant's interiors includes a contemporary industrial feel. Dark wooden and strong blacks were the primary color and materials used forthe home furniture and accents, and the ambient light completed the appearance, giving the room a relaxing feel. The meals served were the tofu and eggplant sticks, sausage and eggs, shrimp ceviche, pasta alfredo, angus beef sisig and salted caramel cheese truffle. The tofu and eggplant were a little bland inside it self, however the sauce helps it be a lighting and tasty appetiser. The shrimp ceviche could be explain in two words: fresh and clean. The shrimp examined as though it was pulled from the ocean and marinated in the salsa that complimented it with a fruity tartness. The pasta Alfredo gets the usual creamy sauce, but what stood out was the roasted garlic cloves contained in the pasta, it made this type of big impact for this type of 'small' addition. The angus beef sisig was alright. It had the most common taste of sisig however the consistency was like chewy surface beef. As the saying goes, save the very best for final, and the salted caramel truffle was thw highlight of the dinner. The caramel cheese truffle has been positioned over a puddle of chocolate sauce and topped with salted caramel sauce. For my very first scoop, I ensured that my spoon provides all the elements set up, the truffle, the caramel and chocolate sauce. The gentle velvety consistency of the cheese truffle wedded properly with the salted caramel sauce and the chocolate sauce. This is exactly what heaven tastes like. The laundry are familiar that makes it easy to pick from the menus, but their taste is uniquely Open up Table, they redefined comfort food and a notch much better than almost all restaurants in Davao that I am to. If you want comfort foods following a long trip to work, this is actually the place to go.
