Cakes are usually cute and delicious. The atmosphere is great and relaxing. Must attempt are usually matcha cupcakes and and cakepops.

The cupcakes are actually good! And their frappes are usually awesome. I recommend it. I don't normally head to cafes, but bloom offers changed my habit.
