The cupcakes are actually good! And their frappes are usually awesome. I recommend it. I don't normally head to cafes, but bloom offers changed my habit.

I traveled plenty of areas and tried several cupcakes. Really among the best ones actually. I would not say significantly but just check it out. One flavor is all it requires.

Beautiful cakes, so beautifully decorated and tasty to taste! Cool design and environment, and the baker's/waitresses were so hot and helpful. We loved our period here!

This little gem is merely down the sidewalk from our hotel. I stumbled within after viewing the most amazing cakes on display within their home windows. A stroll through the entranceway and i discovered probably the most tasty cupcakes in all types of decadent tastes. Thechocolate with salted caramel had been the best...we went 2 times in a row! 🧁 The advisable thing is, it is a nonprofit helping local Filipino women...provide them with a visit!
