We found this cafe while searching for food inside Vigan through the Holy Week (the majority of the dining places were closed). The area reminded us of a Spanish-style home. Their menus offered the most common Ilocano specialties such as for example bagnet, pinakbet, empanada, and poqui-poqui, most of whichwere tasty and offered in generous portions. In addition they work paella, which unlike nearly all "commercial" paella, was filled with seafood. Their employees was pleasant and accommodating. Provided the opportunity, I would like to return and eat here once again. :)

It is a sorry excuse for a restaurant Although place was presentable, service was poor. Whenever we entered the resto no-one had been there to welcome us. I got to approached the individual behind the bar to request if they're serving supper. We ordered4 meals which arrived after 40mins. Carbonara has been swimming in the soup! Should you have experienced chef you'll not let that sort of foods to get from the kitchen and become served to your customers. It's only a simple dish never to pass the quality. Glasses smells poor. The chopseuy will be bland lacks flavor. Better go to resort luna, kusina felicitas, cafe leon, hidden backyard or caoayan Waste of time and money! Really wii experience
