In this post: Kamias Shake, Quesadilla, Cheesy Laing, Prime Tapa Big Plate, Chicken Teriyaki Big Plate, Ultimate Cheese Burger It was a spontaneous idea to dine out on a Sunday night. The nearest mall to our place is Starmall Prima Taguig. Meat Up got our heart..err, stomach as it is the most unfamiliar and relatively new among all the restaurants there. The place has a laid-back atmosphere with its comfy chairs and couch, and wooden pieces on walls, counters, and tables . It also provides a hint of industrial feel with the exposed pipes and hanging lights. I love the lights that made use of mason jars (though I wasn't able to take a photo). There were 3 televisions and good thing one is playing a kiddie show/movie. That kept my son entertained while waiting for the food.

Had lunch here last week and ordered their cheeseburger and calamares. First things first, service needs a lot of improvement. The restaurant is just around 70 sqm which is quite small and yet we had difficulty calling the servers. The food took quite a while to arrive as well. Food was not bad though, especially the burger which for me is value for money. This restaurant has the potential but needs a LOT of improvement in terma of their service.

Meat up for our meet up! We found a new place for our bi-monthly catch up schedule :)Food tastes good. Lots of choices. Reasonably priced menu. We love thier thrice cooked adobo, pinakbet and sushi rolls. The nacho overload needs a little "make over" though.Update:On our fourth time here, we tried their pork ramen and deep fried maki and beer. The ramen is okay but the deep fried maki is a hit for us! Best goes with an ice cold beer and we find it interesting because of the crispiness of the nori adds texture when you eat it.
