Our family has visited Lorenzo's Way a couple of times, and each visit never disappoints. We absolutely love the Crispy Pusit, Gising gising, Halaan and Buco soup and the Bulalo was perfect as well. My son devoured the Dilis Rice and went back for seconds. Capping off the meal we enjoyed the Mango Panna Cotta. There are so many interesting things to try on the menu, we definitely look forward to coming back again next time!

We have had the opportunity to read so many poignant stories about everyday people coping with the realities of death in inspiring ways. These stories demonstrate how grief can produce something remarkable. Loved ones are driven to do something extraordinary in memory of another, whether to work through their loss or to show the world how special the person was to them. But it’s rare to hear about a restaurant being created in honor of someone.

The food is very rich in flavor, good serving portion, but a bit overpriced. We tried lengua estufada and kare-kare (KKK). They have a nice outdoor dining area too.

Lorenzo’s way is a really nice place to have a quiet dinner. It’s classy woodsy interiors and calm music gave me the fancy feel. They offered a complimentary snack while we were waiting for our dishes to be served. The four season smoothie was okay, I didn’t like the strawberry part at the bottom. It was too strong for me. The paella valenciana was perfect! Great for two people. It was very flavorful. I also highly recommend the garlic chicken. It was something new but something familiar at the same time. The garlic were in cloves so it gave the different garlicky taste. What I like about it best is it didn’t taste malansa at all. I’m quite picky with non-fried chicken, especially those cooked with skin not removed but this one gets my approval. :)

The food here was excellent but prices were on the high side. The large (huge!, plump, and perfectly cooked!) prawn covered in crab fat was the highlight. The butterflied Pla Pla fish - a signature of what seems to be common to all the LJC group (Cafe Adriatico) restaurants, was also fairly good. The Gising Gising was also a tasty, as well as the fried pork knuckle and Pochero Especial which was slightly sour almost like a sinigang. Be prepared to eat a lot of rice with the food being this good! Pleasantly surprised eating here, as we were only 1 of 2 tables to eat noontime on a Saturday. Dessert sizes were small though also satisfying.
