When I 1st came by, I didn't actually expect a whole lot another latin american location. All the food has been full flavor with acquainted yet different. Attempt the nachos, the ribs, and the spiced chicken.

We tried a number of meals, Mexican choices and chicken, all excellent - as just a little critique - meals were a little nice, if the chef could proceed simpler on the sugar the meals will be amazing. Service is quite friendly and attentive.

To begin with, we're from Texas....therefore we realize our Tex-Mex. Therefore while going to Manila, we made a decision to try this location for dinner with the household. Ironically, Gringo's may be the name of an extremely popular Tex-Mex chain in Houston, therefore i thought it had been fate. Wewere several about 20 therefore i made reservations your day before. There had been a celebration before my desired period of arrival so that they suggested we begin later so they can setup the tables. On your day of the supper, they known as me to verify the reservation after that called me again once the tables had been ready. Nice. The place isn't big, so we took most of the tables. Parking had not been no problem finding...and was a walk...but simply no big deal. We obtained there by Uber therefore i only discovered from the locals. Food had not been Tex-Mex...the nachos were the closest to being one, but I nevertheless enjoyed the food specially the seafood --- mussels and squid were great and an excellent value. The ribs appeared a little puny in comparison to what we are utilized to in Texas. Chicken was very good. We thought it had been interesting they don't serve normal margaritas....only the type with a Corona beer. Honestly, they might have just offered their Gringo margarita minus the beer, but because it had not been on the menu, the wait around staff cannot think out from the box and become more flexible. We didn't pressure them with this point. Simply odd though. Service has been pleasant and on-stage. Overall, because the dinner host so when a diner, I had been very satisfied even though not exactly Tex-Mex, I'd consider going back. An excellent crack from Filipino, Korean, along with other Asian dining places that dominate the region.

We tried this location predicated on reviews here and from our encounter this place isn't worth the hype. The meals will be all bland. The nachos had been served in a large platter that was impressive initially but as soon as you dig in, it willleave you asking yourself on which the flavours ought to be. We'd the ribs and chicken, both very bland and tastes just like a half hearted try to taste like it offers spices. The Mexican rice is usually bland and preferences like aged rice, the fried saba isn't ripe enough to possess a good hint of sweetness, the mashed fairly sweet potato is indeed dry you have to drink half a cup of water to swallow half of a spoonful of it, the macaroni salad is fundamental and bland, the chicken fingers kids meal appears and preferences like homecooking by way of a poor prepare. Oh and the lemonade is definitely powdered stuff with several slices of lemons. Simply wow! We regret consuming here.
