Pilya moved from Panglao to Tagbilaran. Their Panglao store was #1 1 within Tripadvisor. They have excellent Asian (Filipino fushion) food. The beef ribs with unique rice will be the best I ever endured. Additionally, there are many seafood options. All choices have become"herby" and also have delicious sauces. Dining is in the spacious court backyard called Front Foodpark distributed to the neighboring small dining places, with other good choices.

Its a little restaurant. We go to the place for brief lunch. Meals were little but very delicious. Everything, that people ordered was great. It really is cheap also.
