Excellent Japanese resto close to Tagaytay -- definately not the high visitors area. Tendon, Tonkatsu and sushi were excellent. Some think about this resto pricey, but I believe it's good meal therefore worthwhile. Very clean. Good atmosphere.

That is our second time and energy to eat dinner at Hirasei. The dog owner, Toshi, himself acts some of the meals. The tempura and maki are great and you can start to see the treatment in preparing the foodstuffs. I extremely suggest this place in the event that you crave Japanese whilein Tagaytay. Kudos to the attentive and nicely trained staff.

Hirasei presents authentic Japanese cusine. Meals is superb. Employees are helpful and accommodating. Excellent ambiance on both branches, in Aguinaldo Highway, Alfonso and at the Una Bella Resort, Tagaytay. Will certain recommend Hirasei to family and friends.

Very harmful to japanese food. Shrimp tempura tasted weird & smelled weird uncertain if shrimp went bad or even what but how will you fail with tempura if you are a japanese restaurant :( Salmon sashimi had not been fresh at all. Maki was soso. Edible but mainly filled with mayo to taste. Egg Tamago was poor aswell. Served hot?? i've in no way been served very hot tamago. like scrambled egg. Oyakodn and Gyudon has been relatively ok. Nothing unforgettable. The one thing nice concerning the restaurant may be the ambiance. Appears like a legit japanese eating place, except food is poor. Price is a little bit on the expensive part specifically for the bad food.

Very backwards assistance. They cost 5% for charge card use. My mother misplaced her senior citizen’s ID during our visit to Tagaytay but got an image of it on her behalf phone plus they wouldn’t honor her lower price. Whenever we asked for thing to consider the server/cashier justsaid “hindi pwede” and mentioned therefore with such arrogance. Along with the terrible program, the maguro sashimi that people ordered had not been fresh. Gross
