Andre and I've simply discovered the most beautiful Italian Trattoria inside Silang. With reddish bricks, yellow stucco wall space, and home windows lined with green wood shutters, the interiors of Trattoria Mario Mio reminded me of us visit to Italy. The rust-coloured ceiling with woodenbeams has been lit by hexagonal beveled cup lamps. Pretty Machuca monochrome tiles gave existence to the normally charcoal tiled floor. We were past due for the 1pm reservation due to gnarled Alfonso traffic because of road maintenance, and we were worried they might be closed. Happily, these were open up from 11am to 10pm, and we had been ushered to a desk by the windows, overlooking a vegetable backyard. Kim, our amiable waiter, described that their salad vegetables are usually harvested from their backyard. Truly farm to desk freshness! The chefs, originally from L’Opera, didn't disappoint. It was a geniune Italian experience, you start with the funghi tripolati, or assorted mushroom sautéed in garlic and olio additional virgin di olive on a mattress of lettuce and spinach with balsamic privately. We'd zuppa di fagioli ]which had not been on the menus. It had been a hearty edition of minestroni but with coffee beans. For his entree, Andre had the scallopini di vitello al marsala or dutch veal tenderloin in homemade marsala sauce. I chosen the rotolini di bronzolo con zucchini, or rolled seabass in zucchini and shrimps with sautéed more fresh vegetables in olio additional virgen di oliva. This dish instantly reminded me of Cara once we would search for dining places helping rotolini while we had been in Italy. The tiramisu was too good to skip therefore i broke my diet plan. We capped the lunch time with Mario Mio’s homemade ice-cold kalamancello. It had been definitely the perfect food for a rainy Saturday afternoon. We adored it, and decided that is one place we are able to keep returning to.

In summary, foods is really good however the service, not. I recommend the pasta meals especially the parmesan steering wheel alfredo and the mushroom ravioli. Their pasta will be homemade and light. Furthermore, the squash soup will be phenomenal. Ambiance is alright and music doesnot match up the environment nor the concept of the restaurant. Usually, I'd still recommend this eating place to my friends.

‘Twas our first-time to use this Italian Resto for Lunch time in Silang Cavite, without the anticipation whatsoever. Although, the area is pleasantly great to check out, with a subtle atmosphere of a genuine Italian Trattoria, nevertheless, we’re holding in the past, once we have yetto flavor the true Food, on whether, they’ll provide justice to your almost 3-hour Mon trip from Quezon Town. And our Team, being earlier, before our 11:00AM target period, we’ve got the entire attention of the Personnel. While browsing the inside style of the resto and choosing our best orders, we’re given complimentary breads, tomato garlic salsa dip & Pate’. As Beginner, we ordered: FRESH FRUIT JUICE, i.e. Drinking water Melon & Mango, and Iced Tea, as well as our Appetizers of: Insalata alla Cesare & Insalata Mista and Stefano’s Panizza with cheese, alfalfa sufficient reason for generous Arugula Results in, Spaghetti alla Pescatora & Spaghetti alla Carbonara, and for the Main Program: the USDA Primary Rib Eye Steak may be the must-try. Also to cap the fusion of various tastes, we attempted the Dessert of: Mint Gelato, Panna Cotta, Tiramisu and their freshly Brewed Espresso... Certainly, Trattoria Mario Mio’s - Foods, Service and Atmosphere combined - produced this unassuming Italian Resto - strongly suggested! Kudos Mario Mio!
