If you're feeling adventurous, why not try the Vigan Crunch with bagnet and lechon sauce or the Pampanga's Delight which has a tocino patty. I ordered their vigan crunch yet it was highly off putting cause the meat still had hair on it (not human hair yet hair from the animal).

The servers rearranged the tables so our group of 10 could eat together. I went for one of perfectsellers, the Mount Pinatubo.
