First time to try here! It's not that disappointing tho. The serving is just a little bit few for the price. We ordered, kare kare (we liked this so much!), grilled petcho (normal grilled chicken), grilled wings (i'm a wing over but I didn't liked this one), calamares (so few for its price), pork barbeque (this is good!) and their pancit canton. They have very accomodating staffs to think they are free of service charge! 👍

My first impression of their restaurant was the home-y feel of the place. BUT, a major turn-off was how their servers welcomed us. Personally, I did not feel their hospitality. Food was good, fortunately. In fact, if it was just their food I am reviewing, I would have given them a 4.5 rating. I guess first impression lasted, in this case.

We ordered Bulalo and asked the waiter to make sure there's marrow. What he served was a bowl of bone, fat and bits of lean meat. Zero marrow and hardly any meat. He apologized and said they were pre-packed. Disappointing. May 21, 2017 lunch time. The manager saved the day by adding a little more lean meat so we could chew finally chew something.

This is my second time dining here. The first time I just had dessert, halo-halo and mais con yelo if my memory serves me right. It was good but nothing unique. It's a typical Filipino restaurant that does live up to the Filipino palette. This time we had the kare-kare laman which was really really good. It serves just enough for me and my companion. The ambience was okay, showcasing wooden tables, some couches. The place was clean. The only downside may be the price. It is kind of expensive for food that you can cook in a typical Filipino household for a lot cheaper price and bigger serving.

I just had lunch here and I was surprised at how great the food was. I'm ranking their chicken Inasal as third best to Chicken Bacolod House in Intramuros and Oks Manoks in Pioneer. Well marinated but tangy and a little on the dry side. Their pork barbecue was just yummy. The meat was tender and lean and the sauce was sweet. Their molo soup was okay, a little bit on the salty / msg side.
