This Resto is really a mix of a semi-Fine Dining Restaurant at the bottom Floor serving great food, includes a very relaxed casual ambiance and a hip Bar at the next Floor to like a bottle of ice-cold beer while hearing some coolmusic played either live or by way of a guest DJ. A location worth to go to with friends once again ...and again.

My pal and I made a decision to try the eating place, since it has been recognized for serving good meals, with their pan de sal served hot, with butter. We went for supper, and we were seated on the far end desk near the kitchen. Thewaiter who took treatment of us was among the worst type of - not deserving to stay the service industry (take note- He could be the big guy, that looks similar to somebody from your kitchen). His response the complete time was extremely unfriendly, and appears like he had not been really pleased with what he has been doing. We purchased white wines (bottle) and he simply casually brought two choices, not even explaining the type. We asked him specific questions, such as for example closing hours, and just how he answered had been straightforward, and like speaking with a street person. We'd the soup of your day (lobster bisque) - not necessarily great, caesar salad (sauce has been ok, iceberg had been soggy), and salpicao - GOOD. Overall, wii experience - maybe will come back, but please do quite a few training regarding service.,

We have been to the resto often since 1997 when it had been situated in the Philippine Village Resort area. very close to the Manila AIRPORT TERMINAL. The resto shifted to the Domestic Airport terminal area for a couple years and moved to its existing locationin Columbia Complex. Why that is my favorite? Basic...their white snapper dish is actually amazing...each time i go there I order exactly the same dish. Light snapper will be Maya Maya in Tagalog. The dish contain o a big fillet of seafood floured and fried. Topped with tartar sauce with shrimps and mussels offered with mash potato with gravy and buttered veggies. I recommend this dish. Price around US$7.00. Sorry I didn't take image of the dish because I consume immediately when it had been served and have consumed half when I noticed as well late to take picture.

Paella has been burnt, not crispy. The dish hence tasted bitter. Whenever we complained and inquired that the dish end up being replaced, they no more wanted to offer us the paella. Man service crew who taken care of us had been unsmiling and blaise. Extremely disappointing.
