Basic...their white snapper dish is actually amazing...each time i go there I order exactly the same dish. Light snapper will be Maya Maya in Tagalog. The dish contain o a big fillet of seafood floured and fried. Topped with tartar sauce with shrimps and mussels offered with mash potato with gravy and buttered veggies. I recommend this dish. Price around US$7.00. Sorry I didn't take image of the dish because I consume immediately when it had been served and have consumed half when I noticed as well late to take picture.
