We went for lunch time within their Nuvali branch inside Sta Rosa Laguna.Whenever we placed our orders they asked us if its Okay looking forward to 20 minutes(why ask if they know we'd mind) just before our orders are cooked since an area TV PROGRAM was filminginside their cooking area. We asked them directly after we wait just how long will they make our orders and the waiter replied it will require another 15 minutes this means we had to hold back for 35 mins for our orders to come quickly to our table. My suggestions to the proprietors of the restaurant in Nuvali: In case a Television show is filming inside your kitchen better near the restaurant throughout the filming instead of ask customers to hold back for 35 minutes because of their orders to be served. You have even the nerve to request customers should they mind waiting?????Needless to say we mind.

I love seafoods which makes me happen to be various provinces and localities both in the Philippines and overseas. I'm very specific concerning the texture, the odor of the seafoods [this is usually how u will understand age a crustacean after prepared] andhow it's prepared. Among all I dined into in the metro they will have the most good method of prepping it up and helping. Crabs are massive as usual. The meals is nice. Worthy of a try!

We went here last Might 8, 2015 (Fri) to celebrate my birthday celebration with my close friends. Since our function is nearby the area, we proceeded to go there as soon as lunch to publication our reservation and purchase our meals. We requested they cook the meals beforewe arrive because we've our reservation there by 5:15PM. Therefore we expected that whenever we arrive there, our foods is ready....sadly, our food is "not really ready" plus they only begin cooking by enough time we got right now there. We continue asking the one who obtained our reservation but he didn't arrive. We are usually in a rush because from then on dinner we've another spot to go as well...We ended up looking forward to our cooked foods inside 30mins and didn't really obtain the chance to benefit from the seafood we ordered. We ate in under 30mins and leave the area....I have no idea what happened to the waiter who took our purchase. I just wish that they can take this as an extremely valuable lesson. Customers have become valuable component of your organization so you should learn how to care for them perfectly and their requests. Nevertheless, the supervisor in-charge that point try tough to pacify us and apologize for what occurred. I'm really uncertain if we are likely to keep coming back here again. It certainly affects how you treat your visitors. Goodluck.

Certainly the worst dinning encounter in BGC. The assistance is horrible and the meals is of inadequate quality. Did I talk about this place is costly as well? Avoid!

That is our first stop by at Manila and we'd the opportunity to use the outlet at Bonaficio TRADITIONAL and the meals was simply delicious. The crab and shrimp choice was very satisfying specifically the mango crab, steam crab, sambal shrimp like the seafoodpaella. The services was prompt as of this outlet.
