Had to come here at 5pm for dinner since we know it's going to be packed!Thoroughly enjoyed everything especially the salted egg crab and the Szechuan fish. Those were the highlights for me. Make sure you order plain rice with these. The staff are nice and friendly as well. It might not seem like it sometimes because the place is busy and chaotic. But if you're nice, you will get good service :)

It was a great seafood dining experience, although service could be improved. Some of the trainees aren't sure of what they are doing, plus the place can tend to be chaotic as they do not accept "listing" when you arrive. You basically have to run to the table of your choice once they open (if you arrive earlier). It was a good thing that not too many people were there last Sunday.Their hot and sour soup was an epic fail. The ingredients, were just not fit to be with each other. There were onions and cabbages (or was it lettuce) in the soup. They just don't go well with the concept of hot and sour soup. Also, the soup lacked consistency and flavor. A little more sourness would have helped. The Singapore chili crab and salted egg crab were cooked to perfection. In terms of flavor, the chili crab sauce could be improved by boiling the sauce even more, adding to the consistency and intensity of the chili crab sauce. The salted egg sauce on the other hand was savory and on-point. The blend of oil and the salted egg bits (or powder) complimented the dish well. The prawn tempura was perfect! The batter was although a bit thick, it didn't overpower the taste of the seafood. The batter was crunchy all throughout, and the prawns were cooked to perfection achieving a creamy crunchy texture of the prawn tempura. It was just amazing. The salted egg prawns however, was a bit disappointing. The sauce was lacking in terms of volume, plus the prawns were a little bit overcooked. Their shells weren't easy to remove. The baked scallops with garlic was nothing extraordinary, but still great nonetheless. We also had the fish with (I forgot which sauce it was), but it was great. I normally don't like eating fish, but this one was different. It was cooked perfectly across the protein, plus the flavor of the sauce penetrated the fish from the outside until its bones. Definitely an amazing dish.I would go back.

Went here with a group of friends. Their service is really great. They will check our seafood first before they cook it and tell us if it’s fresh or not. Sometimes the seafood seller outside give you unfresh seafood. Happened to us that we must change our fish. They baked with cheese shell is my fave.

Crabs was a 3.5/5 for me. I personally like the salted egg crabs from Trinity. The Calamares was a bit weird. Its breading tasted like shingaling 😂 Food was good overall.Customer service was terrible. Our food took 1 hour to be cooked and served. The waiters seemed like they were dodging us. It's like they intentionally pretend they don't see you. I asked for water thrice before it was actually served. Overall, I don't recommend this restaurant.
