We went here on the suggestion of a pal and we weren't disappointed. We've already been to many of the resto-bars around Olongapo and Kelcie's is one of the best. The prices are very reasonable (both drink and food) and the employees seemed veryaccommodating. If you're searching for a "girlie" bar this is simply not the area. If you wish to have beverages and food while hearing the live band (who'll also enable you to sing using them) or sing karaoke, this is actually the place for you.

Checked this place once we were thinking of eating here. We didn't spot the eating place on our way once we were thinking it had been a bit big, however when we got from the vehicle and walked, we currently saw it. It had been like abeer house, (similar to the rest across the street) not certain whether it's an okay spot to dine. Didn't check it out anyway. We visited another resto where we are able to eat.
