Decor reminded me of when I lived in Korea, except there was no smoke filling the restaurant. Service was Ok and pricing was reasonable since the food was very fresh. I would come back. Nothing negative.

The place serves authentic Korean food and the service is personalized. We are at Commercenter almost all the time, and though we don't get to eat there every single time that we are there, it's one of the places we will return to again and again. There are times when we choose to be there, but the place is jampacked, so we go some place else. The grill is smokeless, the taste of the food is great. My nephew who is not easily pleased said it's one of the best places with smokeless grills. Since his daddy already dined with us, he will bring his mommy there one day.By the way, the food is not cheap, but if you are on a budget, just whisper to one of their servers and they would give you value for your money suggestions. My suggestion, order the minimum for two barbecues, two cups of rice then japchae. I think that will make your tummies happy already. :-) Or order the Bulgogi special the serving is really, really big so you could just add something else like rice. ;-) ddo olgeoyeyo! :-) Notes: Always let your elders eat first or else you'll be considered rude. Before eating you should say: Jal Mug Get Sum Ni Da! (I will eat well) equivalent to Bon Appetit! After eating, you should say to your elders or your hosts: Jal Mug Gut Sum Ni Da! (I have eaten well/I ate well) equivalent to Thank you for the meal!If you think the food is delicious say Ma Sit Sso Yo!

The food was good for it's price point. The ambiance is very Korean. But what forced me to give this rating was the service. They seem to discriminate local (Filipino) customers. It was our second time eating there and we were always given the wooden disposable chopsticks while the Korean customers and their acquaintances get to use the stainless stick chopsticks. Also their servers are a bit moody when serving.

But seriously, one does have to wait at this resto for those meat eats. Those contraptions above ensure that you have a good grilled dish. As for the place, its interiors were really simple and casual. It was quite spacious. We were told that they have private rooms too for those big groups, and that it could get quite crowded at night.

My family and I were craving for Kbbq when we decided to try A-Won Korean Restaurant in Commercenter. The place was very simple and clean, it made us feel like we were in Korea. We ordered Woo Sam Gyup (Beef Belly), Samgyeopsal (Grilled Pork Belly), Budak Galbi (Spicy Chicken BBQ) and Kimchi-jigae (Kimchi Stew) which satisfied our cravings. The sides that came with it were also good but when we asked for a refill, only two came out from the six sides. It was very affordable and very good. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that they served the non Koreans wooden chopsticks instead of the stainless steel ones. We looked around and the Filipinos were served with wooden chopsticks. It made us feel bad because it seemed like it isn't fair since we want to experience the full Korean vibe. We asked the lady who delivered our bill as to why it was like that; she said they were accustomed to serve the Filipinos wooden chopsticks because they're not used to using the steel ones. She is a Filipina by the way, all the workers there were. The lady who was assigned to our table was really snobby and seemed annoyed serving us when we were trying to be friendly. Overall, we loved the food but didn't like the service.
