The meals in Tapsi Ni Vivian is definitely great. Although price of the meals elevated but it's understandable because price of living currently is quite expensive. Good spot to eat if you have hangover particularly when you purchase their "Bulalo", it is rather delicious, youwill really keep coming back for even more. And the personnel were also fine. We are hoping to consume here again any time in the future.
