Last month, we wished to have some good Pork Lechon with this celebratory dinner. Our nearby host recommended Lydia's where we purchased about 5 pounds for $42 US. (It had been 750 PHP for 1 kg.) Unfortunately, the pig looked much better than it tasted. Epidermis wascrunchy in parts rather than in other part.
