Lydia's Lechon became favored by their Lechon- basic Filipino food, which preferences excellent! Although sometimes, your skin isn't always crispy, however, a enthusiast! The Papaitan will be another preferred of mine! Their Kare Kare, I must say, is not really the best!

I had an extremely bad experience making use of their lechon....We have made a decision to bring quite a few lechon for the dinner..I bought about 2 kls. We had been excited since we have been celebrating a thing that time...We was the first someone to attempt the lechon probably We ate the smallplate...after about and hour roughly I felt bad.... serious stomach ache therefore my mother suspected it had been the lechon I purchased..she checked it and said it had been not cooked perfectly there s a big portion that is nevertheless pink with blood...apparent that it half prepared ..oh well too harmful to me I has been diagnosed for acute gastroenteritis.

Last month, we wished to have some good Pork Lechon with this celebratory dinner. Our nearby host recommended Lydia's where we purchased about 5 pounds for $42 US. (It had been 750 PHP for 1 kg.) Unfortunately, the pig looked much better than it tasted. Epidermis wascrunchy in parts rather than in other part. However the meat was hardly flavored and it actually required the accompanying sauce to create any flavor of it. It had been sadly very disappointing rather than many people ate it. Maybe our web host fed it to his canines the next day.

I enjoy eat here for a lunch time meeting or sometimes following a business meeting. Although they're known for his or her crispy lechon, they will have a wide collection of menus. I attempted their paella, it had been delicious. Serve warm and the display is indeed tempting. The serving is big and will be shared by 2 - 3 person for P205, pretty good! I also like their papaitan!

If you are missing those meals that you usually eat when likely to a fiesta, you will find them here! This cafe is fairly spacious with another level if you have family members who are balikbayans that is an economical solution to treat them. Staffare courteous and always on the feet if you want something. Will certainly comeback for all those lechon cravings!

I visited buy for P1000.00 worth of lechon at Lydia's Lechon at their Marcos HIghway branch for New year's Eve. In addition to the long queue in the restaurant, among the personnel suggested that I rather place my purchase downstairs as there is no queueand therefore i did. WHEN I was viewing the man staff chop my purchase, one of the meats flew down the ground, the employees continued chopping. When completed, he bent down and returned up again and began packing my purchase. I asked the personnel what he was carrying out down the chopping desk (suspecting he might have got picked the dropped meats and positioned it back again at the cut batch of meats). He said he simply picked the meats on to the floor and threw in the waste materials bin, he invited me to check out the bin but I has been in a hurry therefore i overlooked it. When I arrived home I positioned the lechon on a plate and observed the not good odor and the pink marks on the meats as well. I tasted it also it didn't flavor as "ok" needlessly to say (this is not my first-time to taste lechon okay therefore i know what is okay and what's not okay) it tasted sort of funny but idea it could you need to be the packaging. Therefore the eve continued, me and 1 / 2 of my children had a flavor of the lechon, we just consumed not even half of the part, some made remarks that it generally does not taste good. The very next day, New Year's time, voila! Most of us ended with a abdomen ache and were having turns utilizing the comfort space. Some vomitted also. Those that didn't have lechon had been fine so we instantly suspected that it had been the lechon. To create matters worse an awful smell was around the house and upon looking where in fact the smell was via, it had been the lechon. It smelled like lifeless meats or trash or something. It's simply disgusting! And a waste materials of money as well! I believe I'll just choose the fried ones, could possibly be safer I have no idea. It's just traumatic.

Just had my lunch time in another of their places. That one is situated in Manila doctors hospital. The food sizing are costly, really small dishes, rather than so good taste. The food arrive cold and short in ingredients. When inquired about they state out ofstock. However I was charged complete for this. 2 tiny beef meats, 1 nearly invisible potato, and 1 small little bit of bellpepper 250 pesos, some chopsuey with missing shrimps 135. Lechin. Very minimum about 150g 250 pesos. To much. We don't recommend to consume here. Better avoid. Credits to those sincere customers that rate 1* during the past. That was a genuine review.

Apart from the juicy lechon we want to partner it making use of their fresh lumpia and the beef papaitan. Good foods for the household as serving is excellent.
