I am in no way a fan of very long lines with regards to restaurants so if we visit Laguna, I usually look for places which are worthwhile sans the masses. Traveling beyond Pagsanjan to take action is what I've discovered when I discovered this cafe. While Ted's is my default choice (on a non-busy period of the day, needless to say), I head to Aurora for a nostalgic deal with that fills both tummy and the spirit. I kid you not really when I state that while looking forward to your order, you could have a mini trip of the ancestral home, too. And yes it isn't creepy! The restaurant can be an excellent spot for events since it effortlessly sticks out despite an extremely unassuming facade. Filipino meals done well is what they perform extremely well. Price factors are inexpensive and servings have become satisfying, too! I really anticipate my Laguna trips due to this restaurant.

We were fortunate to get there throughout their slow period. The music playing will be from the Sixties mainly Christmas tunes, and yes it really is like hearing to the same lengthy play record again and again. The food was ready and presented. This includesthe meals, and silverware. The meals was all refreshing and you may easily notice and flavor it. Till now, it is the only eating place that I have provided 5 celebrities in the Philippines. For me this fits being truly a hidden gem.

Few places offer genuine, tasty, and affordable Pinoy food all at exactly the same time. Aurora’s is one particular place. Be sure to pass by this cafe before or after your visit to Ted’s B and B or if you’re on the way to Paete/ Liliw. Heading here right from Manila and back again is worthwhile, promise. Make sure to browse the second floor eating area for a little more history concerning the house and the household that owns it :)

I've been following a web page of Aurora for quite a while, and I've furthermore ordered, tried and adored the bibingka cheesecake and chocolate sansrival created by Chef Gel. Small did i know these cakes which are usually so, so, so excellent, would offer as a segwayto even more scrumptious food out of this family . On a visit to your hometown, my sisters went searching for a place to possess a good meal and I recommended this location. The restaurant itself may be the family's ancestral house that is very much similar to our very own ancestral house located in the next town. Very much preserved with touches of antiquities and ornamental pieces, the ambience will be nostalgic and can make one feel right in the home. The food here's mostly a listing of Laguna's comfort food, a few of which will make up traditional family fare offered thru generations. We purchased a lot because we wished to flavor each dish including - bulalo, kare-kareng baka, croquettas na keso, crispy tadyang ng baka, lechon kawali, pinakbet and lengua. Dessert had been palitaw, kesong puti cheesecake and señorita pamana. Everything was sooooo great! It is a place where I could get back to aver and once more. It offers me the enjoyment to feel in the home eating food that's so acquainted, in a location so near our family's home. It is also a place to bring visitors to sample food that's Filipino which has a flair of Laguna. Aurora is really a restaurant that acts food family design and is actually setup for families to sit down, dine and share not merely the meals but stories.
