I like their 2 kinds of beef i think its jumbo B. I wish they would put the old vegetable back though. I dont like the new slimey carrots combination. The old ones is just stir fried monggo but its good.

Beef gyudon is really a must try!!! It's tasty and hearty. I was just expecting it has egg as topping but it has none. Nevertheless, it was worth every penny! Also got a set meal (forgot the name) with ebi tempura, miso soup, mixed veggies, 2-pc California maki and coffee jelly. Added 20 pesos for red iced tea. Love the tempura. Not heavily battered and reasonable size. Mixed veggies looks like chopsuey. Miso soup is also good and has some diced tofu. Not really impressed with the maki. Rice is too thin and bland. Coffee jelly is in a plastic cup. It is like a block of gelatin with cream topping Should have diced the jelly.Spaceous place with lots of seats for customers. Staff are friendly. Fast waiting time.

Randomly picked Yoshinoya out of hunger when my friends and I met at SM Megamall. We wanted to try their rice bowls and bento and so we did. I just want to applaud the way they cooked their tempura for the bento! I’ve always had a negative notion that ordering a tempura bento is a hit or miss because some restaurants fry the tempura and they come off too oily to eat but Yoshinoya did a great job in frying theirs! It wasn’t oily at all and it was tasty that it complements the soy sauce. Lastly, I really enjoyed their Chicken Teriyaki Rice Bowl! I would’ve ordered more because I was so hungry at that time (out of gluttony) but TBH their rice bowl serving is enough. They also served the food fast. Good job! Would come back to try more!

Dining out can be very tiring. Aside from squeezing your way through Manila's horrendous traffic, you're also bombarded with so many options where to eat. And the fact that there are restaurants opening left and right every week doesn't really help. At most times, I end up finding myself going back to one of my classic favorites--Yoshinoya.
