Located at the Food Row at the lower ground floor, in front of the Supermarket of SM Makati. Chinese Kitchen offers noodles and rice bowls at a premium price. My parents like the noodles but I beg to differ. The noodles are firm and generous enough to fill the big bowl but i find the soup was bland, made flavorful if added with the hoisin sauce and chili served on the side. Service was average. Tables are in a disarray during rush afternoon crowds.

Tried their Roasted Pork Asado Rice toppings during my first time but I must say it's really good. Although during my 2nd time in a different branch, it's already not available considering that it's only 1pm. :(I tried then their crispy pork belly, but it didn't satisfy my cravings maybe because i want the pork asado more. Nevertheless, it's a good food. ✔

Ate at the Festival mall branch. Was really disappointed, Chinese never served rice in a shape of a leche flan mould. Got the general tso's chciken (general tsao's failed cousin). Is a far cry from every general's chicken I have tasted from different establishments. The dish was heavy on soy sauce ( I guess that's their take on it), not breaded at all, it was like bite-sized pieces of chicken breast on a sea of sweet soy sauce and a few garlic and peppers. Nothing special at all, and for the price? Certainly not worth every penny.I can't say I hated it, but was just really disappointed. Ambience was good however, and the lady who served me was great, she always smiled while taking the order. My goal was to get the salt and pepper ribs, we'll see how that goes next visit and hope that dish can redeem the store.

Tried the following:Sweet and Sour Pork - Php195The food's okay but it's too expensive. I'd go with David's Teahouse next time if I'm craving for sweet and sour pork though. I liked David's Tea House better plus the price is cheaper.

I recommend trying their Hainanese chicken and pair it with their ginger sauce. The serving is very generous, two small eater could probably share one dish.
