Good, classic Filipino food that is most enjoyed sharing with family and friends. Nice decor and tastefully decorated, you can even read on the rich history of the patriarchs of the Romulo family along their hallways.

First time to visit the place. Black and white motif is superb 👌🏼 ambiance 5/5.. we were the first customers so the food is served on time.. there Crispy Pusit, Kare kare and boneless crispy pata were delicious. Wanna visit the place next time. 😁

Still the not best in terms of food taste, quality, presentation, quantity and their customer service. Been here last 2014 and came back just last week yet still disappointed. The only good thing they have is their interiors. Nothing else.

The food is really good and the value for your money is great. This place is ideal for families or large groups as well. The interior is decorated with the late President’s memorabilias and picture and it makes the place very classy.

We dined here in Romulo Cafe for my brother and sister's birthday celebration, and it was definitely a fine choice. The ambiance had an air of sophistication yet captures that homey feel that did not make it too intimidating. There is also a wide range of dishes to choose from, so expect to see your favorites here in Romulo. Prices are generally reasonable, but there are a handful that are very pricey. Still, you can still dine here at an average of P500 per person. By the way, it's difficult to dine here alone since dishes come in a family-size serving -- which is of course, typical for us Filipinos. Why not a 5 Star? The service was fine and friendly-- fitting for the ambiance, but the server was often not available within our area (the "section where we were situated, since Romulo Cafe is sub-divided into different sections), so it took a while for him to tender to our requests (e.g. water refills). Other than that, everything went amazing! Food RecommendationsMy top picks are Laing (P198), Mixed Bicol Express (P325) and Kare-Kare (P510). These dishes are undoubtedly comfort-inducing, and has a certain wow-factor
