Expect a long wait to be seated because people are crazy for their ramen.I, however, am not impressed. I went for tantanmen. Broth is super rich. Maybe, I should've tried the shio or chasyu as what my sister recommended. Next time.

📍Mendokoro Ramenba- Super ChashuHands down, one of the best ramen in the metro. The broth is very rich without being overwhelming or “nakakaumay”. The noodles are just the perfect hardness and their chashu is super flavorful and tender (melts in your mouth)!
