One of my favorite Chinese Restaurants! I've been here many times and tasted all their congees and dim sum. For congee, I preferred David's Congee and Fish Fillet Congee. For dim sum, I love Hakaw, Chicken Feet and Machang! Other dishes like David's Special Noodles, Lemon Chicken, Spareribs with special sauce in pot and their chopsuey were also good! Lemon Chicken was my favorite from this list. 😊Great customer service as usual!

Note: This review is long overdue.Meetups with old friends is always a wonderful thing, especially over great food. And let's admit that Chinese food almost always is served in sizes that are good for sharing.David's Tea House was our choice after quickly deciding where to eat. Not only was it Chinese New Year, but it was also a fave for my friend's little one and it was a regular place for them to eat at.Honestly, I cannot remember the last time at ate at David's for any branch. Maybe it was even this branch most probably at least 15 years ago. I let my friend take the ropes with ordering, I was okay with Yang Chow and Sweet and Sour Pork. Of course, those are the standard usual classics for anyone in a Chinese resto. There were obviously a few dishes that were ordered, and all were good. Can you imagine a little kid enjoying peas?! That's how I can tell the fried rice was good. Haha! 😁👍💯Food: 3.5 - Really good old fashioned Chinese food.Price: 3.5 - I took a quick glance at the menu, and prices are affordable. Dishes are mainly good for sharing.Service: 5.0 - My friend was obviously a regular. Servers knew what the usual orders would be. Great when a resto knows their loyal customers.Ambience: 2.5 - Old style dimsum tea house interiors.David's Tea House is a classic establishment for many. Cannot go wrong with the classics.

The food is averagely good. Service not so good. My family and I had a hard time waiting for someone to assist out table concerns. It's not the best Chinese dining experience. The place has poor ventilation. I took the extra effort in checking out our table.

I've tried their Yang Chow fried rice, Fried Spring Roll and Fried Dumplings and I must say that their Yang Chow Fried Rice is the bomb!! Relatively cheap price compared to other chinese restos but comparable to the best of the best for sure. Will definitely recommend the Yang Chow fried rice and the Fried spring roll for first timers. Rating it only at 4 stars right now because I still have yet to try some of their other best sellers.
