Finally, a new chef! I've avoided having breakfast at this hotel for years because I was not impressed the last 2 times i've been here. Now There are more unique offerings at your breakfast table, including tasty samosas and okra masalas. Now I can recommend this small resto to foodies like me.

The food selection is very limited. There are no steaks, sashimi, shrimps, crabs, cheeses, pizzas, etc that are commonly found in decent buffet restaurants. Food are not only limited, they don't look fresh and appetizing.  Food quality and selection are not worth the price. I brought my Balikbayan friends to Intercon for dinner buffet, but sadly, we were all disappointed. Not comparable to Cafe Ilang Ilang, spiral or Heat, and poorer compared to Alba Restaurant, Food Club and Yakimix..

Always amazing to have Filipino food here. I super love their Ginataang Alimagoo, my all time favorite. Also, their Chicken Adobo is with coconut milk which made me love it even more. I was not able to try their Calderetang Kambing because it's always sold out. I'll make sure to go back just to have that. Siomai is surprisingly good too, better than Dads. Their Sushi and Maki's are great as well. The desserts... Oh! That Crepe Samurai. I miss it already.

its my wife's birthday today so i was preparing for a special dinner. i remember receiving a sms from citibank that cafe jeepney is offering 50% off for citi holders. so i thought its the perfect opportunity. so off we go with our son who is fond of food too. we arrive at around 645pm and we availed of dinner buffet. there were a lot of dishes which was bicol-inspired like laing, ginataang langka and kinunot. they have some sushi too. a salad and bread bar. and their dessert corner was great.

First time to dine in through a blogging event and I appreciate that it serves more of the Filipino dishes. Their flavors are subtle and I love their fish dishes (maya-maya, dory). Their fishes taste fresh though I wished that there will be more variety when it comes to their fish dishes. I tasted these before. I am not a buffet person because I tend to feel full right away so what I do is I just taste a little bit of this and that. I want to eat more healthy these days also that I go for the veggies and fishes first time I see them. Meat will need to be eaten last before I go for desserts. Desserts at Cafe Jeepney are amazing when it comes to presentation and taste. Their chocolate cakes are delicious and chocolates are rich. Don't eat the chocolates after the fruits and the fruity cheesecakes which was what I did last time. The chocolate tasted a bit more bitter than they should be.
