This is the worse experience I’ve had in a restaurant in Manila so far. I don’t usually write reviews, but since we had referred to website’s rating prior to coming - we thought people should know what to expect here. Ordered Japchae and “Big Grill” Bone-in Short Ribs in Bulgogi Sauce My friends and I ate here last Sunday 14/08/19 at one of their outside tables without grill.QUALITY: We were shown raw marbled short rib meat, cut in even slices, with bone. However, the cooked meat that came out looked very different and jagged in shaped (like it was haphazardly cut). It was overcooked, tough and yet somewhat bloody. It tasted more like tapa than freshly grilled meat. Japchae was okay, but nothing special. VALUE: Side dishes were very small. For example, we received about 3 mini slices of kimchi leaf. It was quite obvious that they were cost cutting at the expense of the customers. CLEANLINESS: The table was sticky and discoloured. Upon asking the waitress what it was, she replied with a nonchalant, “that’s just paint peeling.” At no point did anyone come to wipe down the table. SERVICE: Very slow and somewhat incompetent. We were shown raw meat that was to be cooked in their inside kitchen, but the order came out 25 mins later. Although waiters were somewhat polite, if not a bit unprofessional, they would routinely say “yes” to requests to refill side dishes but never return. Definitely not worth its current 3.9/5 star rating. There are plenty of mid-range and high-end restaurants that beat Bulgogi Brothers on every level. I would suggest alternative KBBQ places like Masil Charcoal Grill Restaurant.

Ordered the galbi tang and 6 flavors samgyupsal. Enjoyed both especially the meats, though the quality and selection of side dishes pale in comparison to those of other samgyupsal places. Service was slow because the resto appeared to be undermanned. Need to work on efficiency and attentiveness of servers.

I love the corn tea,but the rest of the service is just average, small servings , very small portions and limited side dishes plus the servers could improve their manners in handling customers

We ordered the shareable Korean grill. It was a bang for our buck with the offered meat options for its price. We will definetly come back and maybe try the hot pot on our next visit.
