This is the worse experience I’ve had in a restaurant in Manila so far. I don’t usually write reviews, but since we had referred to website’s rating prior to coming - we thought people should know what to expect here. Ordered Japchae and “Big Grill” Bone-in Short Ribs in Bulgogi Sauce My friends and I ate here last Sunday 14/08/19 at one of their outside tables without grill.QUALITY: We were shown raw marbled short rib meat, cut in even slices, with bone. However, the cooked meat that came out looked very different and jagged in shaped (like it was haphazardly cut). It was overcooked, tough and yet somewhat bloody. It tasted more like tapa than freshly grilled meat. Japchae was okay, but nothing special. VALUE: Side dishes were very small. For example, we received about 3 mini slices of kimchi leaf. It was quite obvious that they were cost cutting at the expense of the customers. CLEANLINESS: The table was sticky and discoloured. Upon asking the waitress what it was, she replied with a nonchalant, “that’s just paint peeling.” At no point did anyone come to wipe down the table. SERVICE: Very slow and somewhat incompetent. We were shown raw meat that was to be cooked in their inside kitchen, but the order came out 25 mins later. Although waiters were somewhat polite, if not a bit unprofessional, they would routinely say “yes” to requests to refill side dishes but never return. Definitely not worth its current 3.9/5 star rating. There are plenty of mid-range and high-end restaurants that beat Bulgogi Brothers on every level. I would suggest alternative KBBQ places like Masil Charcoal Grill Restaurant.

Ordered the galbi tang and 6 flavors samgyupsal. Enjoyed both especially the meats, though the quality and selection of side dishes pale in comparison to those of other samgyupsal places. Service was slow because the resto appeared to be undermanned. Need to work on efficiency and attentiveness of servers.

I love the corn tea,but the rest of the service is just average, small servings , very small portions and limited side dishes plus the servers could improve their manners in handling customers

We ordered the shareable Korean grill. It was a bang for our buck with the offered meat options for its price. We will definetly come back and maybe try the hot pot on our next visit.

My fave Korean BBQ ever!!! Their meat is so juicy, tender and well marinated! During our stay around Ayala Complex, we’ve been eating here for so many times. My husband asked me, “Don’t you want to try other Korean BBQ?” and I can simple answer “No!” to him. Hahaha.. He can’t say no to a pregnant wife, can he?

Rather pricey and spotty service. If you are looking for the "grill at your table" experience be aware that generally the grills at your table don't work.  Often changing menus and increasing prices.  Rather disturbing was the process of ordering a glass of wine (although endemic in Bistro restaurants the 10-20 minutes wait to receive your glass) after 2-3 follow ups the glass of white wine arrived totally warm.  No refrigeration whatsoever

We ordered 2big grill, bulgogi brothers special and rib eye steak platters... We waited quite long to be seated because the restaurant is full. But when we had our chance to get in the waiters were very accommodating and attentive to each table. We had a great night and I can say that they have a good value for money.

This is our go to place when we crave for grilled meats. The value for money is just alright. The quality of the food is good, the freshness of the meat and the taste. Service is also good. 3 stars only because it is not the best restaurant but can be one of the options to go to and dine in still. :) maybe a little bit of innovation on the menu to keep it up on the ladder.

If you’re hungry, unli promos from other restaurants will be more value for money since a plate (good for 1) of meat here costs ₱495+ and above and you can find unli promos lower than that or of the same price. But I still gave our experience today a rating of 4 because: - servers were pleasant- food service was quick (although we ate during merienda time so the restaurant was not crowded)- the food is good, we got 2 orders of beef belly that comes with rice, unlimited side dishes and complimentary hot tea- we used instaperx e-GCs worth ₱1,000 which I won from a credit card raffle and although at first they were not familiar with the promo and it took very loooooong for them to verify with their marketing office (good thing I was in a good mood and not yet as hungry), one of the supervisors who assisted was pleasant so I patiently waited. So technically, our meal was almost free. We could have still eaten more but, especially if you’re trying to limit food intake, it’s a decent and satisfying meal already.- even prior to this visit, I have enjoyed the food at Bulgogi Brothers. I used to buy their Bistro Card every year but will all the promos and discount apps (some even free) already available, I don’t see the need for it anymore.
