Bought Groupon vouchers the other day. Known as to reserve on a single day. Was told they can just accept reservation beginning April 2, even though there is no start of state date in virtually any of the conditions. So I do reserve for April 2, dinnertime. I was furthermore told that I won't need to call once again as my reservation will be good currently. April 2, past 5 pm, I known as Aquaknox to verify again. Right here I was told they cannot accommodate me because they have some problems to become resolved with Groupon and that their Advertising Manager isn't yet around. Will likely to contact me by tomorrow, but nonetheless not sure. Fine. THEREFORE I called Groupon. Initially they appeared accommodating and sounded amazed that a merchant offers refused a voucher-carrying customer. Made me wait several mins...bottomline, I has been told to use again to rebook again because they possess yet to speak to the supervisor of Aquaknox. I stated I don't desire to go anymore when i was no more in an excellent mood. I was presented with the option to possess my purchase quantity credited back again thru Groupon factors or thru cards reversal. I chosen the cancellation. Cancellation (since i have compensated thru PayPal will need about 3 several weeks but better that suffering these folks again.) Too bad. In no way dealing with Groupon which resto again.
