Visited for lunch. Decor very basic. Staff friendly. I ordered a salad. It had been tasty but didn't include the olives which were referred to in the menus. When having to pay I did so mention that chef seemed to have forgotten to add the olives. No comment oraction used. I did get a complimentary glass of soup that was refilled. Philippine restaurants would reap the benefits of supplying and clearly indicating about the menu vegetarian options.

I nearly always get my breakfast at Matthew's when residing at the close by Embarcadero Hotel inside Legazpi when i really didn't just like the complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel. As well as the local filipino meals they have either Continental, English or Americanstyle breakfast with pancakes for about P165 including Espresso or Orange Fruit juice. Since I've got about 20 breakfasts there I've tried all of them and the meals is definitely freshly cooked to purchase, hot and delicious. Just drawback may also be sausage is not offered and gets changed with ham or using one event beef tapa. Furthermore pancakes aren't always obtainable (huh....a chef does not have usage of flour, milk and eggs?).
