As an specialist on Chinese cuisine, whilst in manila I was dying for dim sum and we made a decision to try out this so called Michellin superstar establishment at Glorietta. We purchased the well-known baked bun with bbq pork - this dish might have been therefore perfectif it had been served hot rather than Luke warm. We after that attempted the turnip cake - just excellent !. the vermicelli roll with shrimp, the pork dumpling, the beef golf ball with bean curd epidermis and earned ton soup had been all tasty and at the right temperature. Overall pleasurable dining experience just disappointed by the temp of these signature dish.

This Michellin Starred restaurant is completely fantastic! It includes a dim sum style in the menu that i like. When I visited HK back 2011, I had not been able to check it out but I’m glad they have several branches in the PH.My daughter and We ordered their popular Pork buns, Prawn Dumplings and Poach Fresh Environment friendly in Oyster sauce. The pork buns were phenomenal. I’ve in no way tasted something similar to that before. The prawn dumplings as well were tasty and the green veggie with oyster sauce had been fresh, a little crunchy and had not been bitter at all. Everything had been perfectly cooked. To best it off the purchase price is quite affordable. We sometimes believe quality food includes a price but that is definitely affordable and worthwhile. All praises to the restaurant!

The standard of food this is a far cry from its namesake in HK. We was disappointed. It’s an unhealthy attempt at attempting to recreate a well-known eatery from HK. I'll give it a skip.
