We've been travelling round the Philippines, and also have spent a couple of days on Borocay island. We discovered this put on trip advisor also it had good testimonials - we saw why. We arrived quite later at night as a desk of 6 andbeing the chef I understand how annoying that is. But the kitchen area welcomed us with smiles, as all Filipino's have already been on our trip. The waiter we'd was very useful and gave us plenty of suggestions to the the laundry. He was very educated which is great to see. The desk we had been seated on was correct next to your kitchen move so we could actually watch all of the food being ready and plated. You can see from the direction they plated the meals they took great satisfaction and respect within their craft. Most of us ordered different foods starters and mains therefore we could all attempt each other's. The calamari I got to start was the very best I've actually eaten. It wasn't hard or rubbery but simply melted in the mouth area. My main course has been the beef marrow burger which our waiter suggested and I wasn't dissatisfied. The burger was nicely seasoned and incredibly moist again among the best burgers I've eaten. Among the girls in our team had gnocchi also it was divine. Only 1 thing that I'd say that westerners would complain or whinge around is that our meals arrived at differing times. But I've learnt that is the way over within the Philippines, and we'd great company and discussion that it didn't issue. So I would recommend this location, as all foods is actually prepared on site.
