It's my first-time at Samuel's location, though I was created in San Pablo, I am away for almost ten years, and I have to say this place worthy of a visit. The meals is delicious, specifically the ensaladang pako and kulawo (reminds me of my childhooddays). The eating place is situated in a residential region but it's accessible, plus they have parking region. The employees were accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Delicious Food, Great place, almost great and satisfactory however the service had not been so accommodating since they look like they're so tired of presenting the service, or possibly that time well We give it 3.5 or 4.

Samuel's Plate is really a relatively new bistro inside San Pablo, The great costs and the ambience gave myself good feelings. This is a ncie location run by nice individuals and also have great servers that are sensitive to clients needs. It's simply the meals isregular but with extravagant names.
