Ramen within an authentic Japanese resto within Manila can easily set you back P400 up. Not really in this resto, that is you should authentic in the event that you count japan cook noticeable behind the counter. We attempted both shoyu (P158) and miso (P168) ramen. Ipreferred the richer, more technical miso to the shoyu. Never to sugarcoat this examine, the noodles were even more completed than I desired, and the half-egg has been overcooked (the yellowish was strong and grainy rather than semi-liquid gold), but it's rather a winner with regards to value for cash. The 2 2 bits of pork (chashu) that was included with the ramen had been perfectly cooked, plus they used the right section of the pork with the proper balance of unwanted fat and meats. Gyoza (P98), 5 pieces, was crunchy in the bottom, soft at the top, and juicy and tasty in the centre. The place is really a small cramped inside (chairs around 15 maybe?), nonetheless it wasn't that complete whenever we were there for supper. I'd imagine it will get packed around lunchtime because of the workplaces encircling it. Oh, and be prepared to odor like Japanese meals after your go to. Ventilation isn't excellent. All nitpicking apart though, we shall definitely return for a few pocket-friendly Japanese foods! Open 11am-10pm.

A straightforward Japanese restaurant, my children loves to eat at Minamiya. An extremely humble Japanese chef from Osaka. Authentic ramen, Osaka takoyaki, etc. and incredibly affordable.
