Ramen within an authentic Japanese resto within Manila can easily set you back P400 up. A straightforward Japanese restaurant, my children loves to eat at Minamiya. An extremely humble Japanese chef from Osaka. Authentic ramen, Osaka takoyaki, etc. and incredibly affordable.
