This is among the latest eateries in Iloilo City located right across UP Visayas. It had been my friend's birthday celebration that brought us right here. The place is fairly small. The interior dining area could not accommodate 20pax. Several would have to accept theoutdoor seats. Inside it is possible to take a peek in to the cooking area, where some culinary college students are occupied preparing your purchase. Yes, this place features as a culinary college by day so when a restaurant at night. The culinary learners themselves prepare the laundry and also serve as waiters. Regarding the food, I must point out that the pasta meals were quite great. I tasted their Mexican pasta and Jambalaya and I must say i enjoyed both. Regarding the desserts ... we'd some leche flan, brownie a la setting and a chocolate cake known as "sinful cake" ... these were rather overly nice. I believe they should lessen the quantity of sugar they placed into them. The girl who served us was among the culinary students there and I possibly could tell that she's not used to serving customers yet. She got our orders confusing and we finished up having desserts even though some people didn't order any. Regarding the cleanliness of the area, there's very much to be preferred. I was a little switched off when I came across a little roach crawling up for grabs right before me. I wish they would clean the area better.
