The most authentic Mexican cuisine within Cebu. An English chef with 6 yrs cooking knowledge in Mexico creates great Mexican foods, if in little portions. But you'll not notice fajitas there, which is not actually a Mexican dish.

We was invited by the proprietors to eat as of this restaurant with the goal of getting observations and recommendations. Here are a few of what I discussed using them. The tortilla will be made by hand and much better that in various other Mexican restaurants I am in Cebu.The quesadilla, finally I eat a geniune quesadilla, you should know that a quesadilla isn't a sandwich (one tortilla in the bottom, cheese and meat in the centre and a tortilla at the very top) like cheese dish, that's what we call a "sincronizada" or "gringa". A quesadilla is folded such as a taco and the crucial thing in it will be queso Oaxaca (Oaxaca cheese) and meats, could be any sort, mostly little diced beef. The salsas can enhance. The "agua de horchata" includes a Filipino twist that I came across interesting. The tacos want more function in the preparing of the meats. The chorizo is an excellent achievement, it has been hard for me personally to discover chorizo like this in the Philippines. The corn tortilla chips (totopos) need more are they have to be flat not really too thick not as well slim and crispy. The refried coffee beans lack the Mexican magic formula to be specifically moisturized. The tinga, I belive up to now there's only 1 restaurant with good poultry tacos. If you would like the closest to Mexican meals and purchase what you get, test it out for. Hopefully the proprietors heard my suggest and recommendations. Because of Greedy González for a producing my children and I spend a great time.

Fantastic restaurant, the meals is delicious. A lot of choices and everything our grpup ate had been delicious. The owners have become welcoming and pleasant and the personnel are competent. The costs have become reasonable too. We are visiting again soon!
