Had a steaming plate of the best batchoy inside Bacolod!!! Had so very much taste the soup so excellent! Purchased their yummy chicharon(crunchy pork rinds) and required them back to Manila.. The household loved it! Especially adored their Bagoong Alamang (Fermented Shrimp) with chicharon ontop!!! Goes so nicely with unripe natural mangoes!!! Their baked goods are to die for!!! Their puto, cassava cake sooo heavenly!!!! Brought home lots of good things from their store!

Had breakfast inside El Perfect recently and adored their Longanisa Pudpud with rice and eggs. It had been very tasty! Bought some Guava Jelly and Squid Ink Paste.

We'd a late lunch time at El Perfect after going to the Gaston museum. The piaya has been unexpired but experienced a moldy flavor.Hot chocolate was served right after 26 minutes (yup We timed it with my watch) after that tasted horrible. My son's burger steak appeared to bemade up of 50% flour. I'll never set feet in this sorry excuse of a heritage cafe again.
