We'd a late lunch time at El Perfect after going to the Gaston museum. The piaya has been unexpired but experienced a moldy flavor.Hot chocolate was served right after 26 minutes (yup We timed it with my watch) after that tasted horrible. My son's burger steak appeared to bemade up of 50% flour. I'll never set feet in this sorry excuse of a heritage cafe again.

We started our exploration of Silay with the hearty breakfast inside El Perfect - well brunch actually. After putting and spending money on our purchase, we waited for the meals to reach.it took some time thus we started with the puto instead. The meals is okbut not necessarily extra regular but its filling.

The menu is easy, it brings you back again to the past when eating dinner out contains pancit molo, puto manapla, chicken mami, butter toast, etc. El Perfect has nevertheless expanded its menus to add some pasta meals and rice dishes. Demonstration is easy, food ishearty and healthful. Price is inexpensive. For tourists on the in the past to the airoirt, there exists a pasalubong corner and also the "guinamos" is tasty.

Following a tour in heritage houses in Silay, you could have snack within El Ideal. The meals is average, nothing specific but must try since it is popular in Silay , it had been established in 1920's. you can even buy right here some breads andbiscuits to create home.
